Our Partners
The formation of West Indies Sugar & Trading Co. and the development of Plantation Reserve owe considerable thanks to the support of the following:
The Barbados Agricultural Management Company (BAMC) operates on behalf of all of the sugar farmers and processors on the island. The BAMC purchases all the sugar grown on Barbados and trades with markets around the world. Its wealth of industry and technical experience has carefully guided the development of Plantation Reserve.
Barbados National Trust is the owner of the Morgan Lewis Mill, the world’s last remaining wind-powered sugar mill. The Trust has lovingly restored the mill in recent years and a small quantity of Plantation Reserve will now be produced there each year. Our support for the Barbados National Trust includes a range of initiatives that support the protection and development of our island's sugar heritage.
The Cliff is one of the world’s finest restaurants where the exquisite food is matched only by the stunning setting and views over the Caribbean Sea. Plantation Reserve was officially launched at The Cliff in November 2006 where special Plantation Reserve cocktails were blended and served. The Cliff has added Plantation Reserve to its menu.
